In order to guarantee high technical standards FramorPower Srl specialists developed some specific technical production devices for magnetic steel manufacturing.
Thanks to commercial agreements with some of major worldwide suppliers FramorPower Srl has various types of thicknesses at stock.
Coils production for transformers
All materials used by FramorPower Srl becomes only from major worldwide suppliers.
Only materials in accordance with our technical specification are codified and available for sale.
FramorPower Srl production site in San Giovanni Lupatoto (Verona) has 2 new and modern longitudinal slitting lines that allow to work with minimum thickness 0,20mm and minimum width of 20mm and maximum 1300.
All materials are burr free.
Packaging Skills and Precision
In order to protect our coils from atmospheric agents they are carefully packed. All materials are always trackable thanks to identify label outside packaging

Technical features
Mechanical features
Conventional grain oriented GO - type: M5T30; M6T35
High permeability (HiB) used for power and distribution transformers requiring high magnetic characteristics with preferential orientation grains required.
Non oriented grain NGO - type: M270-35; M330-35
Used for electric generators, motors and little transformers. Supplied completely annealed
and decarbonized. Different applications for machines and electrical equipment, from small to large turbo-generators, not requiring preferential orientation of magnetic characteristics.
